How the calculator works
  • The subscription fee is charged monthly when securities are held on the account and/or any depositary operation is performed.
  • In package tariffs the custody rate above the limit is applied monthly to the amount exceeding the limit: SMART — 0.003% (min. UAH 350), PROSTO — 0.005%, INVEST — 0.0025%, PROFI — 0.001%.
  • BOND SHAREHOLDER has two editions. For individuals the tiered custody fee is UAH 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 / 300 / 350 per month by ranges up to UAH 5M; for legal entities — UAH 200 / 250 / 300 / 350 / 400 / 450. Above UAH 5M in both editions — 0.01% of nominal value per month. The fee is charged for a full or partial month.
  • One-off SHAREHOLDER services for legal entities differ: account opening — UAH 1,000 (instead of 100), changes to the questionnaire — UAH 400 (instead of 100), ballot processing — UAH 3,000 (instead of 2,000). The other items are the same.
  • The calculation is indicative and does not constitute a public offer. The depositor additionally reimburses actual expenses and third-party payments (taxes, fees, commissions of other institutions). The final terms are set by the securities account service agreement.
