  • The depositor reimburses the depositary institution for actual expenses and third-party payments incurred by the institution when providing depositary services in the depositor's interests (including taxes, fees, and commissions of other institutions).
  • Depositary services are provided on the basis of an agreement on the servicing of a securities account.
  • Tariffs apply from the date specified in the internal regulatory document of SMART BOND.UA LLC and may be changed in the manner provided for by the agreement and the legislation of Ukraine.
  • Subscription fees are charged in the case of securities custody on the account and/or the execution of any depositary operation.
